    nipple cream?

    how do bodybuilders with slight gyno(puffy nipples)perform on stage? is there a cream that hardens the nipples for an extended period of time? i have an amateur show coming up but i have puffy nipples from puberty not steroids. i dont want to be labelled a "juicer" so i want to somehow disguise my puffy nipples for the show. this is why i am asking
