Im getting ready for a competition, I'm doing:
prop 100 eod
winny 50 ed
Arimidex .5 ed
in 2 weeks I'll start cytomel and masteron 150 eod
I'm using clen, eca stack, and benadryl also

Do not take potassium supplements on aldactone. Aldactone is a potassium sparing diuretic taking potassium could cause a heart attack.
Here is what i would do.
WED,THUR,FRI - 1 tab aldactone 3 times a day
FRI 6PM and 9am SAT(optional if needed) 1 Tab of lasix
Drink at least 2 gallons of water on mon until Fri at 6PM Friday cease water in take completely.

Yeah, i think he used an injectable diuretic and pissed for like 20mins straight he just went over the top in trying to come in bone dry.Originally Posted by BigBlack
