He should ask for references. If the guy is legit he will give you references and the references will in fact back this guy. Oh ya, and the references need to be mods or vets on boards, not just random guys.

I would stay away from it totally bro....find someone you trust, cause you jus don't know how or who it is made by it is...sterile? Dosage? I would use vet gear from reputable companies..

A well known Moderator from a couple of the other big boards reffered me to this source. So I am thinking about trying it!
How does someone go about getting it tested? How much does it cost to have it tested?
