I'm new. Yes, that is right. I used to post all day long but took about a year off due to injury and a new born baby. I have been training hard for the last 6 months and am ready for something new! Due ot my work "needs" I am going to try to stay lean and keep ALL the endurance I can! I need some help. No......no cycle plans or stupid questions. Yes, I have been reading all the "new member" stuff not to ask and so on. So, please give me some advice. I need to get stronger, faster, good lungs, and a sh*t load of endurance. I need very little body fat and I have done some cycles before and have come very close to 245 lbs. I need something different. What is the best -endurance AND strength- juice to take?? How...when..why. I know alot about getting big and strong but very little about running 6 min. miles and staying big and strong!!
