    How Does this look?!!

    10 days so far into cutting/trimming with 50mg/day winny and 6 tabs/day Clen.
    Results are good but i think could have been better so i thought my diet maybe a little off.
    8:00 30-45 mins. Cardio on empty stomach
    9:00 5 egg whites, 40 g whey, 3/4 cup oats
    12:00 6-8 oz chicken breast, some vegies (tomatoes, cucmbers, carrots), 1 tbs olive oil
    3:00 5 oz tuna, 30 g whey, 1 tbs olive oil or some alomnds
    6:00 1/2 cup oats, 6 oz chicken breast (pre-work out)
    7:30 work out
    9:00 40 g whey, 80 g Dex.
    10:30 10 oz salmon, or 5 oz tuna and 4 egg whites, 1 tbs olive oil
    12:30 30 g whey (some times i don't get this meal due to knocking out early )

    looks good bro although I would decrease the amount of whey you take in and get your protein most of the time just from real food. If your gonna have whey before bed make sure you have casien whey with an efa.

    now i was about to say the same thing that shred did...i would keep that diet but insted lower the whey and get the protein off from real food. also i would defently change whey to casein at night.

    Your 10:30 meal is PPWO...it should be pro/carb...regardless of if you're cutting or not.

    Drop the oats in the pre-workout meal...and put it in the PPWO meal

    Make the pre-workout meal pro-fat

    Drop the whey in the meals other than PWO. Solid protein requires more calories to digest...so you'll be expending more calories over the course of the day if you're eating, as opposed to drinking, the majority of your protein.Keep the whey is it's a necessary component (i.e. if it's the only way you can get in a meal cus you're at work or something)...but give preference to solid protein

    smokethedays are u running winny by itself (other than the clen)? have you done this b4? and what results do u get out of it?

    i was on TestE/Deca for 16 weeks now i'm on Winny/Clen for 4 weeks

    i got good results but i hate loosing my "bloat"
