test cyp cycle 400mg i have 150 mg caplets of milk thistle. how many mg should i take a day?

I have 250mg capsules & the recommendation is take one or 2 capsules up to 3x per day. So anywhere from 750mg ED to 1500mg ED seems to be fine....i usually take around 1000mg a day

Suggests to take them with meals so i would take a few pills per meal - (main meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner)

i have 175mg tabs and i suggest only take 2-3 a day... I take one a day Myself. I dont wanna over stress Liver Functions considering everything else Im on..

I have been taking 1000mg ED for some time, it seems to work for me

hey bro's, my milk thistle is Jamison Brand (90 in each bottle)......and each pill is 4,500 mg........most guys on here take about 1000-2000 mg a day......should i split my pill in half, or will taking a full one each day be ok?

4,500mg?! Wow that must be a massive capsule!!!
I dont know why anyone would need to make them so big, but i am assuming that if a reputable company like Jameison makes it & you follow the instructions on the bottle it shouldnt be of any harm. They wouldnt make it like that if they didnt have a reason...

I know that Milk Thistle will not do any harm but do any of you use it while on just injectables?
