I doubt you can in MD either. Laws are pretty ridiculous there. Order them online. Or go to a feed store. They have needle exchange in the inner city DC/Bmore but those are slin needles for junkies. GO RAVENS. Your colts shall be owned in week 1!Originally Posted by peyton18

you can buy them at cvs just say its for your diabetes. they will give it to you. I live in va also i went to giant and got them from the pharmacy...
