Whatup guys and gals,been lurking for about 7mths reading and learning,great board.Currently my stats are 5'10" 240lbs, 50 in chest,20.5in bi's and a 36 in waist.Everything is looking tight except a little in waist and that is what I want to get rid of.Diet is o.k. (an occasional soda or 2 aday easily cut out) and I know I need to step up cardio.I've done the searches now looking for experiences ie sides results for all of you who have tried ** superclen.I have them available but not sure if this is the right way to go.Any input is greatly appreciated.Sorry for the length, but would really like to hear from ya
