Shooting all over the place ass quads but my favourite the delts pain free training especialy on heavy days 100mg EOD D-bol 20mg and 250 mg sust

Deca by itself can cause libido/performance problems. Site injections of deca won't cause localized growth.

My favorite injection sites are:

• Pec
• Rectus femorus (upper middle quad)
• Vastus lateralus (outer quad)
• Delt
• Medial glute

In that order.

1. delts- little tricky at first but by far they seem to take the shot the best
2. quads-easiest to shoot, but i seem to get close to nerves often
3. glutes-
4. triceps- were easy to shoot but didn't handle 1.5 cc's too well

Yeah, I hit triceps a couple of times in the past and found them to be like you said easy to hit but each time my triceps had a bit of a reaction to the injection. I avoid triceps now.

yeah triceps are on my " only if neccessary list". i will give pecs a try first b4 i shoot tri's again...

Did pecs this morning, (1.5cc each) smooth as butter. Still my favorite.
