To start wit im 28,6'2,200lbs.lifting exp 3-4 yrs and as my first cycle wat shud i go wit
-10cc T-400 800mg a week for 10 weeks

for PCT
28 Nolvadex tabs start these beginning of week 5

28 Proviron tabs start these beginning of week 5

Or shud i go wit

12 week TestE@500mg/week
and for PCT clomid and nolva

and is TestE & Test Prop almost the same....as my source said id be better off with T-400

use the test e 500 a week, dont get juice happy and use anymore than your supposed to a week, trust me i know from experiance. 500 a week is fine and a great first cycle.

Ya I did 500mg a week for my first cycle with good gains. I did two (250mg)shots a week, one on Monday and one on Thursday.

Yes...2 shots weekly at 250 mgs each.


PCT will start 2 weeks after last injection.

Youll be happy with 500mg's a week for a first cycle I promise...

Don't expect instant results....It takes about 4 weeks before you start to notice strenght and weight gains....have fun.....train hard and eat clean.
