I was out on the flats last weekend and i didnt have any luck using my new lures. i got a couple nice spoons, flys, jigs, and popper lures n nothing was biting. i mainly go after reds, sheephead, trout, and snook. i know live bait is always a better choice but..

any recommendations for some topwater lures?

not too much can beat a scumfrog kloter

tampa bay. i usually hit the flats. im going deep sea this weekend, first time going out deep. it should be interesting.

i like lures becuase going to get bait or using the cast net gets old. i totally forgot about using pins.
