Ok this is what i have 2 bottles of test cyp 200mgs 10ml (watson) , 9 vials of deca 100mgs 2ml (watson) , 600 anavar (btg) 2.5mgs , 100 tabs nolv , 100 clomid. heres my stats 195lbs lean 5'10 this is my 4th cycle
1-12 test cyp 200mg might up it to 400mg
1-9 deca 200mg
5-12 var 20- 30mg got great result last time at this dose and there Btg oxandrin
1-15 nolv 10mg
clomid at 14wk let me know u guys think and please give me sum pointers thanks
The reason im askin help on my cycle cause i just started boxing and i dont want to get too big. My legs are my down fall they just wont grow i hit them twice a week, but my upper body grow so easy..

You have good size and thickness. I would spend this next cycle working on fixing symmetry. Adding more lat width, more arm size, bringing up forearms, and adding A LOT more mass on your quads. Enjoy the cycle and get huge.Originally Posted by bigwill485

I lift heavy but with lots of reps, and i never max out. My workouts are at least 2hrs 5 days a week. and now my cardio is fighting
you look good for sure, as for your cycle i would up the test c to 400 a week and keep deca at 200 a week IMO.
lookin good prolly exactly what id look like wit another extra 15 lbs of lean muscle, ill be there when im 24 also

What weight devision do you want to compete in? Personally, I would recommend keeping your weight and condition the way the currently are. That way it will be easy for you to lose a couple of pound before weighin and fight as a light-heavy. however, if you want to fight with the heavy weights I wouldn't step in the ring under 220 these days.
Also, be careful if you decide to bumb up the test dose. The added water may negatively effect your endurance.

lol im just starting to fight and its not like im goin to compete. And i dont care what people think. so if i put my face here is cause im happy for what i accomplished and asking u guys what i should work on. Im a bodybuilder and i just start doin JIU JITSU and BOXING . Its fun and good cardio.
Ive done 3 bodybuilding competition in Longisland New york called ANBC. I want to do more but my legs need work.
good upper body, i was wondering how u weighed so little, figured it must be the legs! Hit the legs hard bro and ull be a beast in no time, good stuff so far. Use this cycle to get them legs a growing!
i think your legs look fine. they aren't bad at all. i think they could def use some more work though, it'll help bring out the definition. what were you previous cycles?
oh, and what's your diet look like?
