I'm using it with PHLO GEL which is supposedly not as harsh as DSMO...I'm sure its bad for your face I am expecting dry skin but I mean just to use it a few times I don't see it having such bad sides...

i think it also causes site fat loss...maybe he wants a defined face. Yah i dont think too many people on this board have used it but what iv read on other boards people say that the sides vs the gains are jus not worth it.Originally Posted by JiGGaMaN

The only thing Ive ever really read about it is people take it and spends days ont he toilet. Theres not to much use of it posted latley.

yeah ive heard it varies from person to person and from how close you apply it to your intestines.
