Yep - my Bodyfat is always a lot lower when I see myself in a mirror vs. anyone else seeing me.

im re-bulking anyway , i started to cut and i started to look to flat .. so i said fk it .. i started to bulk up again .. its not like im flexin my abs in that pic anyway ;P
what i meant by that was .. even the best lighting does't always show the body correctly , like i know a few IFBB pro's not ganna mention names and they look alot crazier in person as opposed to pix .
