strange red sings on my arm

i had a shot of andropem(1.5ml) in my shoulder and few days later strange sins apeard look
what the f*** is it ??

sorry my bad it was 1ml andropen and 0.5 deca

Looks like Celulitus. Typically several days and it will go away but going to a doc and getting a script for some antibiotics will clear it up in a couple of days.
