Hell, i even remember in the gym once there was some fat 300lb guy who does his lat pulldowns in a unique way. He set the pin at like 310 (The stack goes pretty heavy at my gym) and then HANGS FROM THE BAR...... pulls it down with his bodyweight......stands back up and then repeats it, never pulling with his arms once (as if he could!)

I completely agree, if you have been lifting for years without any results you are CLEARLY doing something wrong, they have no idea how to lift, how often, they are just plain uneducated when it comes to lifting and they want to take steroids assuming they will get big with the same form that has never worked gettin them big from the beginning. I just dont see the logic in it. Especially dieting, so many people post and say I EAT LIKE A TANK, I SWEAR I STUFF MYSELF ALL DAY LONG. We ask them to list their diet and it consits of ice cream, some cookies and maybe some salad or a hamburger.
