    healthy choice meals

    are the healthy choice meals (ex.fiesta chicken) good to diet with or are they crap?

    Well, IMO depending on your goals ... there are a few frozen dinners that arent bad for a low calorie diet..

    The obese I have trained have had to use some of these types of things in the course of their program to assist them on staying within the calorie confines of their diet..

    Of course, in this forum there are many far better things to eat... So to BBers this type of thing would not be part of our diet regimen...
