To be frank and honest bro, if you haven't trained in a while diet and cardio are you best bet. I would start there if I was you.
Yup, Pete's right again. Steroids are NOT a beginner's drug. A clean diet and quality cardio will do what you are looking for. There are plenty of guys on the list that are very well informed on diet and cardio. Search through all the past posts, read them, and ask questions. You'll be where you want to be in no time. thanx for the heads up ima change the diet and hit the gym for some serious cardio. for a while to c how things go. ill put the gear to the side for a while. i quess ive waited this long a little longer wont kill me lol. thanx guys
Good choice wait for a while, you'll be able to get good results without it especially if you've been out of the gym for a while. Oh ya, welcome to the board bro...
I agree with Marx.. especially if you need to trim down..
With the extra BF you won't be able to distinguish between your true gains and fat.
You'll actually look fatter because you muscles are growing and pushing the fat that's already there out further.

You'd do real well with a clean diet and cardio about 45 minutes/day , 5 days/wk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you want to accelerate the fat lost a good supplement would be Hydroxycut. No need for As at this point.![]()
