Question Liquid clen and T-3 for my umm horse..

hey, i just got some clen and t-3 in liquid form, from you know where lol yummy flavors, anyways, what i was going to say is....... dosage? i got the clen down, 30lm/200mcg sooo just half a cc in the morn and half a cc in the evening pretty much right? but the t-3???? i know your supposed to cycle a certain way, building up, then down, so if 30ml/200mcg a bottle, how do i measure out and how much do i take? this is my first time with t-3, got alot of expiriance with other stuff, gimme a hand please or IM me on yahoo

Get your self a oral syringe to measure the T-3 out. If you can't get one of them then remove the bin from a slin syringe and use that to measure with.

with T3 you're going to want to watch your resting tempature. You should get a base before you start the t3. Take it every morning when you wake up for a few days. Then you will be able to tell at what dosages to run the T3. T3 will raise your temp and this is an indicator that it is getting your metabolic rate up. The most important theing is the ramp down from higher dosages of t3........

if u take clen in the evening it will be hard to fall asleep. it's often suggested to not take it after noon.
