My main questions are at the bottom. The info above that will hopefully help you answer my concerns.

Since October of last year I've delt with a bunch of injuries (mostly bad sprains) and infections. Long story short I've only had 3 weeks of full speed working out in the last 6 months and by the time I get back on my feet It'll have been about 7 months (early May or late April if I'm lucky). The infection has gotten to the point where I will have to be operated on in the next few weeks (Fungus infection in my sinus's eroding parts of the bone in my skull).
Not only has all this taken away from my working out, but my wrestling too. I'm currently a wrestler at a small Division III school on the east coast wrestling in the 157 class. I don't use gear mainly b/c of the testing the NCAA issues. The reason I'm here though is I'm going to be taking some illegal substances for weight loss and I knew I coud come here to get objective advice on using them rather than the 'don't do drugs ummmmkkkk, drugs are bad' that I've been getting lately from other forums.
Anyway thats my lifes story.
As it stands right now here are my stats.
Height: 5'9
Weight: 160
BF: ~15% (give or take)
B4 this whole layoff I was at 154bs and 10% BF. As you can see I lost a good bit of muscle and gained a nice amount of fat. My goal has been for a while now to get into the single digits.
Goal
Height: 5'9
Weight 152-155
BF: 8%
Eventually after this cut cycle I'll try to add about 4 lbs of muscle b4 next season which I'll have more than enough time for. Remember I wrestle in the 157 class so I can't go above this weight. To reach my goal I need to lose about 11 pounds of fat and gain 5-6 pounds of muscle.
Plan. Please share opinions wether they be good or bad
- Use the first 4 weeks to gain back the muscle I lost via clean bulk. Hopefully 4-6 pounds thanks to muscle memory and creatine. Also hope to lose about 4-8 pounds of fat since I'll be doing HIIT cardio 3 times a week and using clen. I'm putting a lot of faith in the fact that when I'm finally able to work out again it will have been about 5 months. Maybe too much faith
- Use the 6 weeks after that to focus solely on fat loss
- Use Creatine the first 4 weeks.
- Use Clen in weeks 1-2 and 5-6. I'm using this in the bulking phase since I've
heard that its not catabolic (I'm not counting on its anabolic properties). I've never taken clen b4 but I'm hoping my 15 years of experience with ritilan and other stimulants will help me adjust (I know clen is some serious shit and I expect to go through the same shakes and headaches everyone else gets)
-Use ECA in weeks 3-4
- Use Cytomel (T3). Can't decide to start in week 5, 6, or 7. My guess is after the second round of clen I can use it to continue to make above average progress since this will be my first time using T3.

Questions I have. THIS IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE THREAD
1. Are my goals of loosing 11 pounds of fat and gaining 6 pounds of muscle in 8-10 weeks realistic?
2. Am I cycling the clen and T3 right? (use word doc as reference)
3. When should I start using T3? Would I be better off taking it in week 5, 6, or 7 (after my second cycle of clen)? (use word doc as reference)
4. Is my caloric intake for the first month to high? Remember I'm trying to use that time to add muscle. (use word doc as reference)
5. Has long term use of Adderall possibly fried my beta receptors?
6. Is it smart to use benedryl year-round to keep my beta receptors fresh?
7. Is my average daily protein intake (200-220 g per day) high enough to prevent muscle loss on cytomel (T3)?
8. Is it true that I'll have no problem using clen and creatine together since they work in two different ways?
9. Should I not take Adderall while on clen (or T3 for that matter)?
10. Whos going to win the World Series?
Anyway if you've read down to this point I'd like to say thank you. I'm sorry this post was so long but lots of people on these forums seem to get pissed when they don't have all the information at their disposal. Hopefully this thread doesn't have that problem. Please feel free to comment on anything, even if it doesn't relate to the questions I've asked.
