    HELP. My comeback. Give me guidence (clen/ Creatine/ goals/ the whole 9 yards)

    All right this might be a little long so bear with me. My main questions are at the bottom. The info above that will hopefully help you answer my concerns.

    If your not intrested in my story skip this paragraph
    Since October of last year I've delt with a bunch of injuries (mostly bad sprains) and infections. Long story short I've only had 3 weeks of full speed working out in the last 6 months and by the time I get back on my feet It'll have been about 7 months (early May or late April if I'm lucky). The infection has gotten to the point where I will have to be operated on in the next few weeks (Fungus infection in my sinus's eroding parts of the bone in my skull).

    Not only has all this taken away from my working out, but my wrestling too. I'm currently a wrestler at a small Division III school on the east coast wrestling in the 157 class. I don't use gear mainly b/c of the testing the NCAA issues. The reason I'm here though is I'm going to be taking some illegal substances for weight loss and I knew I coud come here to get objective advice on using them rather than the 'don't do drugs ummmmkkkk, drugs are bad' that I've been getting lately from other forums.

    Anyway thats my lifes story.

    As it stands right now here are my stats.
    Height: 5'9
    Weight: 160
    BF: ~15% (give or take)

    B4 this whole layoff I was at 154bs and 10% BF. As you can see I lost a good bit of muscle and gained a nice amount of fat. My goal has been for a while now to get into the single digits.

    Goal
    Height: 5'9
    Weight 152-155
    BF: 8%
    Eventually after this cut cycle I'll try to add about 4 lbs of muscle b4 next season which I'll have more than enough time for. Remember I wrestle in the 157 class so I can't go above this weight. To reach my goal I need to lose about 11 pounds of fat and gain 5-6 pounds of muscle.

    Plan. Please share opinions wether they be good or bad

    - Use the first 4 weeks to gain back the muscle I lost via clean bulk. Hopefully 4-6 pounds thanks to muscle memory and creatine. Also hope to lose about 4-8 pounds of fat since I'll be doing HIIT cardio 3 times a week and using clen. I'm putting a lot of faith in the fact that when I'm finally able to work out again it will have been about 5 months. Maybe too much faith

    - Use the 6 weeks after that to focus solely on fat loss

    - Use Creatine the first 4 weeks.

    - Use Clen in weeks 1-2 and 5-6. I'm using this in the bulking phase since I've
    heard that its not catabolic (I'm not counting on its anabolic properties). I've never taken clen b4 but I'm hoping my 15 years of experience with ritilan and other stimulants will help me adjust (I know clen is some serious shit and I expect to go through the same shakes and headaches everyone else gets)

    -Use ECA in weeks 3-4

    - Use Cytomel (T3). Can't decide to start in week 5, 6, or 7. My guess is after the second round of clen I can use it to continue to make above average progress since this will be my first time using T3.

    Questions I have. THIS IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE THREAD
    1. Are my goals of loosing 11 pounds of fat and gaining 6 pounds of muscle in 8-10 weeks realistic?

    2. Am I cycling the clen and T3 right? (use word doc as reference)

    3. When should I start using T3? Would I be better off taking it in week 5, 6, or 7 (after my second cycle of clen)? (use word doc as reference)

    4. Is my caloric intake for the first month to high? Remember I'm trying to use that time to add muscle. (use word doc as reference)

    5. Has long term use of Adderall possibly fried my beta receptors?

    6. Is it smart to use benedryl year-round to keep my beta receptors fresh?

    7. Is my average daily protein intake (200-220 g per day) high enough to prevent muscle loss on cytomel (T3)?

    8. Is it true that I'll have no problem using clen and creatine together since they work in two different ways?

    9. Should I not take Adderall while on clen (or T3 for that matter)?

    10. Whos going to win the World Series?

    Anyway if you've read down to this point I'd like to say thank you. I'm sorry this post was so long but lots of people on these forums seem to get pissed when they don't have all the information at their disposal. Hopefully this thread doesn't have that problem. Please feel free to comment on anything, even if it doesn't relate to the questions I've asked. I'll answer any questions you have that don't regard my personal identity (such as which school I wrestle at). However if no one responds to this post I'll be pretty sure why. Anyways thanks a lot.

    Good work on planning all that out. Looks pretty good, but i would be careful with the T3, perhaps using it at the same time as the clen would be a better idea, Clen's anti-catabolic effect could counter muscle catabolism nicely. Also, careful with the clen, don't feel you need to follow your dosing plan exactly, if your body tells you you need an extra day or two to adjust, listen to it. Your diet looks zoned in, but try to aim for 1.5 g protein/lb bodyweight that's not that much more so it shouldn't be too hard to add. Not sure about the effect of adderall on beta receptors; and i've never used benedryl as i've never been on time constraints like yours. As to clen and creatine, creatine pulls water into the cells, and as i understand it clen strips water from between cells, so i don't think there will be a problem there. You have lots of questions, and those are all the answers i can produce, good luck on reaching your goals, they're lofty, but your plan seems mostly on-point.

    i know you said you got the "don't do drugs" but i know for a fact that clen is a banned substance by the ncaa. i would assume that T3 is as well. why risk losing your spot as a collegiate athlete? doesn't make much sense to me, but i guess it's your choice. just thought i'd share my $.02.

    Thanks for reading through everything. I was starting to get worried that the thread was going to go unoticed. I think I'll use the T3 starting at week 5 which will be the start of my second round-a-bout with clen. Personally I don't want to use it right away b/c I'll only have enough for five weeks. Plus I would still like to have an ace up my sleve once I get closer to the single digits in terms of BF.

    You bring up a good point. And your right I am taking a risk. However the fact of the matter is that if they test me for some reason in the coming months I can explain the clen since I have asthma (most of the test occur in the fall and winter when the y can find me on campus). The T3 is a litlle harder to explain. The thing is thought that weight loss is considered a normal process for a wrestler to go through. Huge gains of mass (which in this case would be from steroids) are more likely to raise a few red flags. On top of that clen and T3 stay in the blood stream for only 2-4 days. Steroids on the other hand stay in the system for 14 days (taken orally but still I don't think I could inject myself). Also with the whole baseball scandals the NCAA is more likely to hand out a ban with steroid use than coke use. Both can be argued as bad for you when abused, but obviously one of them provides a competitive advantage. In the end your right, I am taking a risk but if I get caught and they don't find this post, I'll only be suspended (on top of that, I'm only a walk-on so theres no scholarship to take away). IMO its worth the risk to get back to where I was going and getting to pure strength training sooner rather than later after looking back on the the 6-7 months I've been out of the gym.

    "Are you still in high school? College?NCAA will bring down the hammer if they catch you, esp Division I or II schools. Div III you can get away with murder."
