    Shoulder movement when military pressing

My shoulder seems to be wobbling when I am military pressing. It also get stuck some times on the way up. If I get to low my WO partner needs to lift it about an inch then I can do the exercise. It's not the weight it a freezing in the joint. Today my shoulder kind of slipped out and back in socket today. any advice would be appreciated.

i get this when i do shoulders but usually not until after my fourth exercise my routine is this

military press bb 5 sets 6-8
    db press 3 sets 6-8
front lateral raises 3 sets 10-12
reverse pec deck 3 sets 10-12
lateral raises to the side 3 sets 10-12

i usually get this burning sensation in my shoulder when i hit front laterals and it kills me so i usually do sets of shrugs in between all the shoulder exercises and it doesnt hurt as much...

try working with lighter weights usinfg only dumbells, this will incorporate the stabilizer muscles and may also strengthening your sticking poit. avoid all other overhead movements, also, if you are doing military behind the neck, big mistake, only do frnt militarys after you try the Dbell routine for a few wks

it is a biomechanicaly bad motion.it takes the muscles and joints and puts them in more of an unatural position, front presses are betterand dumbells are perfect for the ROM, but the only problem with dbells, is when you get over 80lbs, they become harder to work with, and just getting them into position to do the movement may cause injury, when you do front presses, take the bar to your chin only, dont bring the bar any lower than that.also read my sticky on shoulder rehab, learn the exercises and strenthen both rotator cuffs this will give you more stability
