    Gyno? Pics..

    I DID MY LAST CYCLE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND I STOPPED WORKIN OUT AND DIETING EVER SINCE.

    it feels just like fat. thers is no tenderness or swelling. what do you think?

    any advice on how to get rid of this shit fast.

    i was thinking of doin a cycle of clen with tons of cardio and a good diet?!

    It is definately gyno. There are two types. First is the one commonly associated with steroid use where your glands get swollen and a very firm. Second one (the type you appear to have judging from your pics and description) feels like big globs of fat around the nipple. The second one is by far the better one to have, as you can diminish the appearance with a low bf% and muscular pecs. However, it will probably never totally go away without surgery. Best thing you can do is get on a good diet and training routine. Sub 10% BF should make the appearance of your gyno all but gone.

    Looks like a high bf% to me, but like 1buffsob said, it could be gyno.

    I would hold off on the clen till your cardio and diet are in check and you shedd some weight natty, then start with the supps

    Im with Nark, I mean ya it could be gyno sure. My my personal opinion is that you just have too much fat. If you havent worked out or dieted in a year your body is just not gonna be in the same shape and increased bodyfat is common.

    Yeah I Really Hope Its Just Fat.ive Been In This Shape Before And Have Managed To Lose 25lbs.lost The Saggy Chest But Still Had A Little Puff In The Nipples.i Asked A Ton Of People Some Said It Was But Most Said It Was Just Fat And I Had To Work It Out.these Pics Are Like 2 Months Old.since I Already Did A Cycle Of Clen,eating Right{followed The Cutting Sticky},and About 3hrs Of Cardio A Week.

    I would just diet man, it looks like fat to me, I always hold fat there when I am bulking and it goes away with low bodyfat. You are very high bodyfat now and gravity takes it's toll on the tits. It also looks like you have a very nice chest underneath that fat so just go on long walks and eat clean. It will be fine, have patience with it and good luck.

    Honestly, Modeseven, it's fat. You're carrying A LOT of fat, just look at your stomach, mid-section, love handles, etc. If that was trim and tight, so too would be the pectorals.

    You've gotta lose 20-30 lbs. and you'd see a major improvement.

    It looks like fat. I don's see any gland pushing out the nipple, just flab hanging on your chest.

    cool.like i said,ive been in this condition before,and ive lost the pounds ,lovehandles,and tits.
    i will post up some pics each week with my improvements.

    What he says is probably true...my chest looked EXACTLY like yours bro when i was done bulking for the first time, i thought i had puberty gyno and my self confidence was low as hell...cut good and cut hard and i am willing to bet it will go away, do research on how to cut and if i can help you in anyway i will...but just get diet and cardio into check and you will have real pecs in no time...good luck bro
