During the cycle is not easy to say, it is definitely case-specific. If you are prone to gyno than you will want to run 10-20mg ED to start off. OR use an AI, I am prone to gyno myself and personally run Letro during every cycle at .25-.50mg ED.
As for PCT there are many different protocols you can follow. The general one followed by many people would be as follows:
Week 1-2: 100mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
Week 3-4: 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
I use this but tend to run the nolva at 20mg for as much time after the 4 weeks period as needed to return my sex drive to normal. Hope this helps.
