    congrats on the sweet decision.

I'd say overall mass, but a wide back is always impressive.

    Great Job FreeDOOM!!

Looks like you've been pretty dedicated.
    Good proportion.
I think the calves will come, experiment with angling your feet and see if that helps.

Width will be there if you are doing the basic flat bench and pulls ups with T-Bar.

If you want a little more thickness, try some dumbell presses and declines on bench.

Don't this stuff just beat pot all to hell!?

You've got a good base for your first year. Keep adding overall mass. Great decision to give up the weed for the weights. Keep up the hard work.

Good Work, my advice would be to make sure your diet is solid for your goals.

Great base bro. I'm also a former pot head.

My critique for you would be:

Hit more incline bench press, upper chest is looking a little behind.
Hit more shoulders, front delts are looking a little undersized for arms.

AWESOME vascularity for only 5-6 months of training.

    Keep tearing that shit up.

Thanks for the comps guys. I feel that I have got good definition and am trying to add mass. I have always been somewhat of a hard gainer I suppose you have to eat yourself out of house and home.

Not bad bro, well done! Train those delts harder, they are a bit disproportionate to your chest and arms. Hit your back hard too, its lagging a bit. Good luck!

There isn't anything in particular i would pick out. You have a solid base with good symmetry. In addition to what everyone else is saying... I'd make sure you get plenty of sleep at night to grow and build what you worked so hard to achive during the day... KEEP AT IT ... and congrats on passing up the 420

congrats on your progress and putting down the smoke. Make those shoulders wider. A bit under developed compared to chest and arms like MastaAce said.Overall bro you look good to say the least.
