    Muscle Fatiuge

    Cant seem to get past muscle fatique and soreness. Yesterday, was all hyped up about gym time... pecs and tris, one of my favs. Problem is that I just felt week, was pushing more than a 1/4 less of what i usualy do. Gear is good, mass is getting thicker, harder... but this last week was as if it was my first time in the gym ever? umm...help? Suggestions for Muscle Recovery, suppliments? Missed my nova twice this cycle, can that effect anything?





    26M 5'7" 182lbs BF unk
    Gear: sust250 every 4 days
    nova20mg ED
    2 1/2 weeks into my first ever cycle

    Stacking Winny in a week.

    Is this something that always happens, or just started happening?

    Maybe your diet isn't in check or you aren't getting enough sleep.

    I don't know what type of compounds u r running but when I am on my muscle recovery is awesome... it's one of my favorite things with being on cycle.... U cld be over training or not getting enuff rest... what does your split look like? Sometimes I am feeling so good at the gym I have to force myself to not over do it on the amount of sets per bodypart....

    As far as supps go, i am using Whey Protien to feed muscles, mens multi-vitamin to keep imune system up.

    Avg. no less than 6hrs but usualy closer to 8hrs sleep a night.

    Kind of tough on diet as I am working oversease, live where I work and have to eat what is provided to me.
    One difference, I was hoping to cut a little fat off as well so I started taking Beta Fuel as it has ephi in it. Will be able to start stacking winny next week.

    Work out routine is
    chest/tris/abbs
    Back/Bis/forearms
    off - cardio
    shoulders/neck/traps/lower back
    legs/obliques
    off - cardio

    what qualifies as "being ready" and what are the negatives of using aas before you are "ready" ?

    I'm not trying to flame you, but just from your pics, it looks like you could have trained natty a bit more.

    the negative is that you won't see optimal results from your gear.

    Agreed, working with what I have... Was in great shape several years ago before a back injury that put me out of play. Looking to get back to where I was before, and yes I am trying to take the shortcut.

    I also had a back injury went from 170 at 10%bf to 198 at 19.6 bf I'm also on sust at 5th week and starting winny I did nothing for 6 months trained about 1 month before starting gear the first 3 weeks were hard and I felt weak also, but on the 4th week I started to get stronger and it just keeps getting better I'm now 196 at 14% bf.

    yea you dont need aas you need to eat right and work out natty.

    If you cant eat you cant grow. IMO body building is diet-#1 then gear and training. I also dont like sus every 4 days..why use sus unless your going eod? Use e or cyp.

    First thing I would do is eat better. If you cant do that, dont do gear.

    Can I get an amen................... For me diet was the hardest thing to get in line, but it also was the most beneficial........ put on 35lbs in a cpl months natty once I got my diet in check.....
