Cant seem to get past muscle fatique and soreness. Yesterday, was all hyped up about gym time... pecs and tris, one of my favs. Problem is that I just felt week, was pushing more than a 1/4 less of what i usualy do. Gear is good, mass is getting thicker, harder... but this last week was as if it was my first time in the gym ever? umm...help? Suggestions for Muscle Recovery, suppliments? Missed my nova twice this cycle, can that effect anything?
