Hey I am looking to change my PWO carbohydrate.
For the longest time I have been using Gatorade Powder (70 grams carbs) as my PWO carbohydrate.
I recently traied Vitargo and did not like it.
Now, I am looking at either plain Oats with whey or CarboGain with whey.
Any thoughts/suggetions?
