Do I even need pct for this? I heard primo is more effective at 600mg/wk, but I am trying to lose about 18lbs while on it.

You can lose that with a decent diet and workout program. You dont need the juice
yes but primo supposedly has the uncanny ability to hold mass on a low cal diet. so i figured i could lose the 14lbs while on primo and hold more muscle or harden up.
Im 5'10-182lbs - goal is: 168lbs

I have read that, he says "Generally, I think injectable primo needs to be used at a dose of at least 350mgs/week"... so thats how I came up w/ 300. plus my body reacts suuuper crazy to anything i put in it, advil, xanax, anything, i have really responsive receptors.
so what kinda pct do u recommend I do on my "sucky" cycle? I have to be 168 for competition/work reasons. Im not trying to get big, just lean/cut/hard.

I respond really well to aas but I just dont wanna be as big as I did when I was younger. Back then I fought at a different weight class, and with all the cardio you do when your training, its hard to hold weight/muscle. Hope that helps. thanks guys.

that is the kinda physique Im going for, and I know my goals are different than some others on this site since I dont think bigger is necessarily better w/o being lean. This guy obviously juices, but w/ the exception of the gyno I like his physique. Lean, Hard, Strong.
And he's 5'10 - 169lbs.
me currently 5'10 - 182lbs. I need to keep doing cardio 6x/wk 45min am & pm. plus lifting m.w.f. But I wont look like that guy does naturally. Im well aware of that. He has lotta density and cuts for the amount of mma training he does.

Actually, I hated cardio....still do....so I really didn't do that much. Maybe 30 min 3-4 times a week, but I did do Martial Arts at the time and that was like cardio for me.Originally Posted by LAPhattie

Keep in mind this was CONTEST PREP, so I was weight lifting 5 days a week and usually did the cardio right AFTER my weight training. It has been said on here that isn't the best time to do it, but it really worked for me. This was a 12 week Contest Prep and I have a log of every single calorie I took in every singel day, every single meal I mapped out and would cook all day Sundays for the week ahead......I think I was a bit CRAZY.....I think it was the toughest thing I ever did!!
