    effective low dose of Nolvadex during cycle

    I dont have gyno, or symptoms of gyno.. I do have some bloat.
    whats a low effective dose ...
    biggest reason of taking it, bad cough, possible acid reflux, according to sites, bloat+Estrogen can cause it to happen.

    just took 10mg.. will try n remember in a week to update.. if i become better
    hope i dont miss my moon face too much lol
