Sup guys, well just got pics from my shows, i did the Lackland in San Antonio and got 1st there, then i did the John Sherman in Houston and got 2nd. This was my last year as a teen so i took advantage of the 2 shows! Ill probably take some time off for a while to gain some quality size, laterz guyz!

thanx guys, i competed last year and posted pics. Im 19 and i weighed in for the lackland at 147.6, then i weighed in at 143.8 for the sherman, i lost to much weight for the sherman but what the hell i learned alot of new stuff and how my body responds to certain stuff.

Those are both NPC shows, Why not compete in a natural show, you'd probably place better? Or is that not an option? Either way, you look great for your age.

coming into this contest prep i had no idea where to start, from last years sherman in houston i had messed my back up and broke my hand so i was out till about june of this year, i would lift maybe once every 2 weeks, it was a joke! My diet sucked for those 6-7 months and i became a fat ass! I started my prep at like 195. I basically had no off season to add some mass or detail to my body from last years show. My contest prep started 12 weeks out from my first show and 13 from my second, i lost to much weight for sure, but this was my last year as a teen so i took advantage of it.

Yes they are both NPC shows, The Lackland in San Antonio was a "Natural Show" so they say! They random test like 5 guys, so its kinda bullshit.

did u feel the way u look in those pics?...i dont mean to offend u or anything,,,but its looks like ur about to passout...i know its hard to get that lean,,so props on that part..just curious of how u were feeling...i havent been that lean since my first year training when i pulled some stupid extreme dieting and overtraining...now im more concerned with putting on muscle weight more than anything else...and now i know how to keep it while i get shredded but it looks like u didnt....but hey u live u learn...weve all been there and done that..good luck in ur future as a bb

mad props dude, doing a few shows as a teen is very wise. Im doing the Sherman this oct 28th,06'. First show at the age of 28. I wish I had the knowledge to compete as a teen because I started training then. Good luck to you in the rest of your shows

good job man. I'm 18 and got a comp coming up. I weight about 235 right now and going on stage hopefully at 190 to 200. Its must be hard for you getting that lean becuase some people thats all the got going for them, being lean but not have mass with class. You say you want to compete again, I say take a good year off to bulk up a bit then come back.
