Question For C Bino

Hey Bino,

I read your article on anti-estrogens, and I thought it was great and would really like to incorporate it in my upcoming cycle. I plan on running Test Enan for 10 weeks at 500 mg/week split into two doses.

I have a question about running letro before and during the cycle. should I keep the letro at .25mgED from two weeks out until the end of the cycle, or should i move up once the cycle starts? Also, I was told to run Nolva and Adex during the cycle, are you saying I should just run letro instead? Finally if I do run letro,should I run it upto the last week before pct, and then commence with regular pct (clomid)? Thanks very much for your help.

Just run Nolva bro no need for letro or a-dex.....you're only runnin test e.

Unless you are prone to gyno, I would think you would be fine with just nolva on a simple cycle like the one you listed. If you get any BP problems (Like I did) or gyno, then include adex, and if all else fails letro.

dont run nolva and a dex together.. i just read an article on the board that both negate the effects of eachother as well as decreasing plasma.. something of that nature.. i will try and find the study and then post it.. choose one or the other..
