alright guys i am 100% convinced this time. i am finally going to run sd after researching for a solid 5 months. i have everything in hand hawthorne, no flush niacin, flax seed oil, fish oil, milkthistle, multi vit., vit. c, taurine etc. i also have my pct all lined up i have nolva for pct and i am gonna run the same supps during pct. my main goal is to add lbm without adding fat. i am 5'6 165 19y/o with 12%bf. i know some of you guys will disagree on this one but i am convinced. please respect my decision and please support on this onebut the real question is, i am thinking of running eca or ecy along with this and i would like to know if it's going to decrease bf while adding lbm. upon taking eca/y, i will be doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with 70% hr. i am planning on taking eca 2x a day while on sd. my diet will consist of about 270grams carbs strictly from complex/low gi, about 300 grams protein and about 60 grams of fat mostly coming from efa's. i will try to avoid saturated fat as much as possible. what's your opinion?
