I'm sure all of you have that area you hate working on. Mine is tri's. I had reconstructive surgury on my left arm and I cannot extend it all the way. So some exercises like skull crushers cause too much pain in my joint. I've asked around my gym but no one there is really that experienced. Any ideas on what I could do. I don't mind pain but even certain moves with lift weights feels like it going to break my elbow wether its strong enough to lift or not.
