Ok, I get myself all confused about cardio. I have just started a bulking cycle and am wanting to get my cardio in but not hurt muscle gain. I do a 10 minute warmup on a treadmill. before lifting 5 times/week but not sure as to when to do more cardio. Should I do my cardio after my lifting before my lifting, wait a few hours after lifting then do cardio, or maybe I should take an off day and just do cardio? how intenss should my cardio be and how long of a cardio session? Should I do 45 minutes and go all out or should I take it a little easy so as not to burn to much. I get so many different opinions from do no cardio durning a bulking cycle to just do as much as you want whenever you want. I really don't want to hurt muscle growth but don't want to pack on a bunch of fat either. Any help would be great
Stats. 36yo, 6'1", 227lbs, 5days/week 1part/day work out, eating clean to the extreme.
