    Best time for Cardio during bulking cycle

    Ok, I get myself all confused about cardio. I have just started a bulking cycle and am wanting to get my cardio in but not hurt muscle gain. I do a 10 minute warmup on a treadmill. before lifting 5 times/week but not sure as to when to do more cardio. Should I do my cardio after my lifting before my lifting, wait a few hours after lifting then do cardio, or maybe I should take an off day and just do cardio? how intenss should my cardio be and how long of a cardio session? Should I do 45 minutes and go all out or should I take it a little easy so as not to burn to much. I get so many different opinions from do no cardio durning a bulking cycle to just do as much as you want whenever you want. I really don't want to hurt muscle growth but don't want to pack on a bunch of fat either. Any help would be great

    Stats. 36yo, 6'1", 227lbs, 5days/week 1part/day work out, eating clean to the extreme.

    Morning is a problem because that is when I do my workouts. I am up at 5 and at the gym between 6 and 6:30am. So should I being doing cardio right after my workout or go back a few hours later or what? Once again don't want to hinder muscle growth. Also how intense should I be with my cardio?

    before u goto bed do it and goto sleep right after this will shred fat realitively well if u want u kan have some casein sittin in ur bathroom redy to be chugged when u wake up to go pee KEEP IT IN POWDER FORM LOL dont mix it in water then goto sleep.. otherwise bacteria will breed like mofo's in it

    Cool, Thanks for the help.
    How intense should I be going? Should I just hit my target heart rate and hang out there for say 30 minuntes?
