What pills and are they real?

I'm trying to get a pic up now, but they are a circular blue pill with a letter (R) on one side of them.

I've been told they start with a letter (N) but cant for the life of me remember what they are called.

Can anyone advise me?

The "N" means the drug is "Not steroid"
The "R" means the drug is "REALLY Good Steroid"
(lol kidding)

Guy, c'mon you have pills with letters on them, and you don't know what they are...
I summed it up for you.

You had better figure it out before you decide to take something that you have no clue about.
