    Fruit and cutting

From what i have read on here, fruit should not be included in a strict cutting diet. but is there any fruit that can be included? are there fruits that are better than others. i love fruit, especially apples. i actually get kind of cranky if i don't eat some fruit throughout the day. is there any way some type of fruit can be included in a strict cutting diet? is there anything that fruit can replace in a cutting diet? such as a meal of brown rice or oatmeal? any help with a way to some how include some type of fruit in a cutting diet would be much appreciated. it would really help me to see a sample diet made for one or two days that included fruit in it. i'm not really sure but, it would seem to me that if i were to eat fruit the best time would be before my workouts.

Some fruit is acceptable when cutting. Granny smith apples and grapefruit would be at the top of my list. But the diet and timing must be in order to utilize fruit.

I cannot comment on if it's okay to include or not when there is no approach nor informative data to base any suggestions on.
