    Workout critique

Ok. So I need some help with my workout. I've been doing about the same thing for a little for a year now, and beginning to think its wrong
ALL EXERCISE ARE 10-12 reps 2 SETS TRYING TO CUT
EACH DAY HAS 30-45 mins CARDIO
Monday-chest, tri, 10 mins of abs
reg. bench, incline/decline bence, freeweight butterfly, cable crossover from top, cable crossover from bottem , French curl, tricep extension, skull crushers

    Tuesday- back, shoulders
Military press, lat pulldown, dumbell front raises, rows, cable crossover BUT apposite direction as chest (pulling out) Rear delt Rotary machine

    Wendsday- same as Monday

    Thursday- same as Tuesday

    Friday- same as wensday

    Sat- same is Tuesday

I know, I know should do legs....but right now I am focusing on upper body.

Go ahead and tell me how bad this is

Doing legs will build your upper body. Heavy coumpound lifts like squats, deads, and leg press increase your natural test and growth hormone. Ever see a guy squatin 600 pounds with scrawny arms? Prolly not, cant build a house without a foundation.

first what are your stats? there is no point of doing cable crosses if you dont have chest - Dexter Jackson
From what i can gather my suggestions are follows

    1) try to do 3 sets of 12-15 but you need to change excersices everycouple of weeks to keep your body guessing.

    2) You only have 2 back excerices Lat and Rows. Where are the (pullups, deads, tbar row, Barball rows) you need some core lifts.

If this is your regime your defintly over training. IMO and you need to workout your legs. I was reading doing heavy leg excerisces realses testorone in your body to help you grow. Plus with legs you get alot of strength on your supporting lifts.

also traing 6 days a week is too much you are hitting everything 3 times too much, rest is just as important as lifting.

I am 21 5'4 145lbs 18% body fat. Is it better to lift chest with back , or do it like I am with chest and tri together and back and shoulder shoulder.

just my opinion but i wouldnt do chest with back, if you use alot of intensity that is too much for one workout

as stated above your training way too often, if you use any intensity for your chest workout theres no way it will be fully recovered after just one day off, the same goes with all your other muscles

and obviously you need to do legs

you should try hit each muscle once a week with maximum intensity

I'm sorry guys...but I'm one of Arnold's fan. (NO PAIN NO GAIN) lol. Well, I'm not saying I disagree to ur opinions, but sometimes wut works for u it does not mean it will work for me...anyway, I was working out 6 days a aweek with hitting each mucsle groub twice a week. but the trick is from differnt angles(i.e. If i'm doing presses on my chest the third day i'll be doing flays). I had the best result untill this moment, well I started watching my diet too. I could add 1.5" into my arms..I just wanted to share.
