Hi, im a football player that wants to play cllege fotball.. i am entering my senior year and i am at the peak of my training tight now ( stronger and faster then i have ever been) and now i need to go to china and i dnt know how many gyms i will be able to go in to ... i weigh 224 and want to stay around 220...225 ... can someone gve me suggerstions on what to eat and how to workout without a weight room...
