yeah i was thinking the same thing,i'm not to worried about the oil colour, but like you said the font on the e looks wrong i think the bottom horizontal line is sposed to be bigger than tha other lines plus the crimp cap looks wrong to,hopefully some of the more experienced members can help out us newbies.KnoxyOriginally Posted by anyu
Hey bro I can tell you with 100% certainty that yours are fake. I recieved the same ones (same exp and batch #!) not too long ago. Because I had never specifically seen 'norma' deca in person I didn't really know what to expect. I kinda suspected mine were fake but wanted to believe they were real lol. To avoid any ambiguity I got mine tested - because even some fake norma decas have real deca in them. After I recieved the test results I contacted my source and everything was straightened out. Once he sent me some real ones the characteristics of the fake ones stuck out like a sore thumb.Originally Posted by anyu
Here are some obvious tell tale signs that yours are fake:
1) The crimping of the vial is not at a perfect 90 degree angle and it is uneven in some spots.
2) The exp. date and lot # are printed on and not stamped.
3) The last leg of your 'E' is not longer than the rest.
4) The blue norma hellas logo, although etched on the glass, is always behind the back of your label and not at random spots on the vial with respect to where the lable is placed. This shows that the label probably wasn't placed on with an assembly line machine.
5) The edges of the label are not even where the would meet if the sides of the label touched. In other words, the label is uneven.
6) This one is a maybe. (It was like this for two of my vials) If you closely examine the liquid, I MEAN CLOSELY, you'll notice that it is contaminated with little threads or even granules that cannot possibly be deca crystalized out of solution. LoL if you like even try heating it up I promise you it won't dissolve.
Anyways those are the most obvious signs. Like I said I wanted to believe mine were real because my source was legit but I just couldn't ignore my suspicions so I got them tested.
I've attached pics of mine with the lab assay down below.
PM me with who your source was - or PM me and I'll give you my e-mail so you can e-mail it to me. If its the same as mine I really want to talk to him. He said he 'recalled' the ones he sent out but I have my doubts. I'f he's still sending this **** out people need to be warned and we need to make this stuff public.
