    FOr those who take 5mg DBOL..

    I was just wondering how many do you guys take? do u take them all at once, or a few in the morning and a few b4 bed?

    i take them 4 times a day 2 tabs per dose, one upon waking and one at bedtime and the other two spaced throughout the day.

    For me, I have found that taking them evenly throughout the day up to 50mg/day works best.

    oh,, so,, if i were to just take up to 20mg a day, using 5mg tabs, I could just take one in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and one b4 bed?
