    Summer Cycle!

    How does this look for a little Summer Cycle everybody, anybody?

    1 – 4 Prop 125mg EOD
    1 – 10 Enan 333mg/wk
    8 - 12 Winny 100mg EOD
    and maybe,
    10 - 12 Prop 125 EOD?

    PCT 1 day after Winny or 3 days after Prop.

    Looks like a decent cycle. Is it for you? hard to say without knowing your stats, previous cycles, GOALS, PCT, diet, training.
    give us some more info and we can help you tweek the cycle!

    333mg/wk of Enan, weird...

    It looks ok, but personally I would run it like this:
    (More my preference of a cycle. Prop is better than Enan b/c the ester is lighter, which makes it more potent per mg.)
    Prop 75mgs ed 1-8
    winstrol 50mgs ed 1-8

    Pct 2-days after last shot.

    Vitor, you run winny for 8 weeks?? Do you get liver values done after? Just curious, I know people run it longer than the suggested 6 weeks, but didn't know if you ever got your values checked to see if it was harsh on you.

    The middle of your cycle is too Test light (similar to Bud Light)...weeks 5-9 are sustained by only 333mgs per week. If this is intentional, why are you doing it?

    run the winny for 6 weeks but every day it only has a 10 hour half life at eod ur wasting ur time

    Ive actually run winstrol for 12 weeks straight. I didnt have bloodwork afterwords, but didnt notice any problems either. 8-weeks is not that long.

    your liver is not as weak as you might think mate................
    macdazak what are your stats and prev cycle experience please?
    also training history would be a nice addition.............

    Yes it is for me. I am 25 with only 2 cycles under my belt inside of 5 years of training. I am 5'7, 180 at about 10 percent BF. I feed at around 3500 to 4000 cals daily during the summer. I train about 4 to 5 days a week. At this point I am just looking to harden up a little more, nothing too harsh before I bust a good winter bulking cycle. Thanks!

    Yes the liver is strong, but it can only take so much. As for your cycle, you need to run winny ed because it only stays in the body for 8-10 hours. Also, 333mgs/week of test e isn't really gonna do much. You should do 500-600mgs/week of test e split it into 2 injections per week.

    What were your other two cycles? compounds, dose, duration, PCT protocols

    1st cycle was a total reck due to me being impatient and uneducated. 1-10/Deca-300mg per week
    1-6/DBOL-35mg daily
    I was still able to come out with about 10lbs when it was all said and done with no PCT.
    2nd Cycle was:
    1-10 /Test E-666mg per week
    1-10/ EQ 200mg per week
    PCT after 2 weeks=only Clomid
    I came out with another 10lbs but alot more strength.

    The previous werent that bad...and you said you got some gains so they were decent.Also you need to the winnny everyday....and twice a day every ten hours if you want to get the max out of it.I'd bring that test up to 500mgs...or 533mgs..LOL
