This is a newbie question: Could be silly

I have a 10ml 200mg of Test Cypionate and anti estrogens. I do understand that 200mg would be 1cc but would 2cc equal to 400 mg? Or does that even matter? How would injecting 2ccs effect the potency besides putting more gear in my system?
