I am really confused. I have been lifting weights for almost 10 years now. I never really did any cardio and decided to add it 2 months ago. I have been doing 30 minutes on a exercise bike 3 times a week for the last 2 months. The crazy thing is, I have not lost a single pound or look any leaner. I am not eating more either. Any ideas?
I get my heart rate up to 140 and work up a good sweat. I am 40 years old, 6'1", and 225 pounds. I have a muscular build but wanted to lean up a little. My diet is 3 meals a day. i know it is better to eat more often, but I just can't with work.
Please let me know if you have any ideas
