2 racks of stuffed spare ribs
2 litres hagan daz vanilla frozen yogurt
12-15 lemon tarts
shit load of fruit
few cookies
box of junior mints
box of mike and ikes
I can't remember what else, but it was a dinger forsure.

yeah, depending on what your goals are will determine how bad you cheat.....Mine is more like TR05 if it's a normal cheat day...sometimes worse..lololol..but If I am doing something specific for a long period of time..then it's little stuff like gum to satisfy that urge..

I'll have a cheat meal once a week while cutting. Usually sushi or something that's not "too bad" but still loaded with cals.

cheat meal and cutting could be an oxymoron. For me it hasn't been, though. As with any part of training and nutrition it is completely dependent on the individual.
I agree that unless you are preping for a show, a cheat day or meal once every few weeks isn't going to set you back too badly. IT will set you back for a few days. But weeks of dieting and training will not all be lost due to one binge.
But, again, i'm a firm believer in the "whatever works for you" philosophy. No disrespect or anything intended.
Yes, my comments was more intended as being facetious. Yet a cheat meal as far as Im concerned, is actually good just to put mind & body at ease. Even a CKD diet incorporates that somewhat into it's program. If you eat 5 meals per day and one per week is "cheat" that means 1/35 meals in a week will not do much damage yet it will/can recharge you.
I'm having my cheat meal tomorrow night and was just curious approximatly how many cals you guys take in on your cheat meals?
For me it's: german chocolate brownies at safeway, pint of ben and jerrys (mint chocolate chip), whole bag of sun chips (the big ass one), a few cookies, and whatever I can stuff in. Then its back to eating clean.
