    Stupid mistake

I have been using juice off and on for about 8 years. This website has been awsome in helping me in my gains and knowledge. Im 26 now and just started a 12 week cycle of sust and deca( the sust running longer than deca). Here is my question, I have maintained a great diet and workout routine for years, but as of late I had a family member pass away. I took it pretty hard and drank for about a week straight not training or eating properly and for the first time tried some lets says snow stuff. I mean really bad drinking, as of late Im back to training and taking my nutrition is to par. But what effect could this have had on my body? I know it was pathetic but I wasnt thinking. Any response would be great. i have never messed with this sh-t before. And will never again.

If you only did it for a week and you are clean now, probably none I would say.

First I would like to say that I'm sorry for loss. I know it can be very difficult to deal with and people handle it many different ways.

The good thing is you know you fvcked up and you know it needed to stop and its seems like your back on track. I think the hard part will be to not deviate again. You have done it once and the likelyhood of it reoccuring is somewhat high. You'll need to be strong and push your way through.

How will it effect your body???....thats a good question. Everyone reacts different so it will be hard to say. I cannot comment from personal expirience. I have numerous friends go through a 'phase' in life with similiar expiriences and hell....their off than me.

the snow substance is out of your system in 72 hrs and alcohol is out 1 shot or beer every hour so 12 shots 12hrs. I read in mens health drinking inhibits weight loss by 36% but for what time frame Im not sure. Cant be too long since alcohol is out so fast. As far as the snow thing goes. I would stay away I seen both parents lose everything including thier children over that stuff.

You read my mind marcus. As for the other, I doubt that one week usage and drinking did very much. Just dont do it again. And sorry for your loss. I too suffered a loss this week, a dear friend, only I couldnt afford to drink so I went back to the gym. Good luck.
