    Pinch in right pec

I just started a cycle monday and shot some prop into my left glute. I woke up on Tuesday with a slight pinching pain in my right pec. I have had this happen my last cycle and was wondering if it was possible that a nerve that i hit in my leg is the cause or if it was the fact that i had to sleep on my right side, which i never really do, because of the pain from the prop. Normally i'd chalk it up to sleeping on it the wrong way, except that this happened at one point in my last cycle. Has anyone experienced this or something similar to it?

    Thanks

If you hit a nerve it would effect things below the point of trama not above. How do you know you hit a nerve?

B/c i felt some pain and my muscle twitched, but as soon as i touched it i pulled away from it and bypassed it. I dont know exactly what the pinching is in my pec but it doesnt hurt when using the muscle or hinder my power, i did a set of flys for 4 reps today with the 70 lb dumbells and a bunch of other sets as well

The metal ions in the needle can cause the muscle to contract, also if the needle is slightly dule the rapid stretching of the muscle when injecting the needle can also cause the muscle to contract slightly. If you hit a nerve you could experiance a burning sensation, numbness, extreme sharp pain, temporary paralysis. But you may have it one its pretty hard to tell.
