500mg test + 4 week dbol kick

I'm going to start on a 500mg EW test E cycle for 10 weeks, with 50mg dbol ED for 4 weeks. I would like to know, how much nolva is sufficient?

PCT:
1-4 : Nolva 10 mg ED
HCG the same day as last inject of test E, 5x2000 iu E5D.

IS this pct okay, or should i alter something? I don't want to use an AI throughout the cycle after all (i earlier thought of using arimidex or letro.)

Please give some feedback. Should i up the nolva to 20mg ED? Or what do you think?

Nolvadex should be 20mg for PCT. Whats the issue with using an AI ?

there's no issue, i just didn't know if were something one would need to recover, but as i've seen in the last 5 minutes, i should also be doing an AI for fast and full recovery. So i've thought about this setup:

PCT
1-4 Nolva 20mg ED
1-3 Proviron 20 ED
+ HCG treatment when needed

Does this look okay bro?
