    I have been searching and finding out information on this site for many months now and I finally decided to become a member. First I want to give some specs about myself.
    SPECS
    Age:21
    Body Type: Athletic Build (use to box, run, cardio, etc); I cut easily not bulk
    Weight: 160lbs
    Height: 5'9
    BF% Estimation: (??)9-10%(??)
    Good Points on Body: Back, Abs, a little bit of Chest
    Bad Points: LEGS!!, Arms
    MAIN POINTS
    Max Bench: 225lbs (flat), 185lbs (incline), 135lbs (decline)
    Max Squat: 325lbs (dime squats)
    Max Curl: 115lbs (standing), 110lbs (preacher)
    Deadlift: ? Never did but will incorporate
    Dumbbells: 55lbs

    I have decided to only do an 8 week cycle of Test Enanthate (2 shots a week for a total of 500mgs a week). If all goes well I will be expanding to a 12 week cycle.Arimidex I will be taking at .25g ED probably starting within the first or second week, will up the dose probably to .75g ED. I will also be taking an HCG after my cycle with most likely clomid but we will see as everything goes along.
    I am a full time college student majoring in pharm. and hopefully I will be accepted into pharm school. Eating is on point but college food is pretty nasty and unhealthy so it is costly to get "good" food. I have decided to eat everything in site as long as it is not fatty. I take multi vitamins ( which I incourage all to take even if not lifting), flax seed oil, concentrated fish oil, milk thistle, anti-oxident pills, and plan on taking Hawthorne berry. I use to work at GNC so I have a good supply and can still use my employee discount.
    I will be posting pictures of my pre-use later on in the day as I do have to write up a paper ( which is a little bit more important than me typing this lol).

    i know that there are some members that will do the whole 'your too young and can gain so much more naturally' routine, which, to an extent i agree with. 160lbs at 5'9 is light, but in my experience, weight means little when identifying someones development. for example i have a friend that is about 5'10 and weighed in at 160-ish before he started juicing, but was in phenomenal shape, at around 8% bodyfat, and was lifting heavier than most others in the gym, even though he was so light. as for the age thing, i did my first cycle when i was 19, and am your age now, so cant really say a great deal lol. with that in mind, i had already been training for 7 years by that point, and eating a good bodybuilding diet for 3 years.

    the exercises you have listed, and weights used are very vague (dumbbells??? dumbbell what? hehe). i understand that eating right can be hard on a low budget, but tuna, eggs and chicken are all cheap and easily accessible, plus canteen food here and there.

    regarding the cycle itself, it looks spot on for a first-time course, nice and simple, although i would say keep going for 10-12 weeks overall with the test e. PCT seems ok, have you been reading up on that area?

    your max decline is 135? your suppose to be able to lift more on decline than bench?

    Yea that was about a month and a half ago when I had done all of my maxes. My body has very strong points and very weak points I dont know why. At one point I couldnt even squat 225lbs. I worked my way up from using lots of supplements from GNC such as TBombs II, NO Xplode, Trac, 17HD, Vaso, all of the proteins, Pump Tech, Cell Tech, Leukic, N30 Orange Citrus, etc. I used alot of ish and then came off, decided to do it with just protein and multivitamin and got pretty much the same results,lol. Not knocking any of their products but what works for some people doesnt work for others. My opinion is that hard work pays off, and I know juicing is contradictory to what Im saying. I see it as an experiment standpoint and would like to see how my body would change into something that quick in time if I put work in.

    I will be taking exact measurements and listing all of current maxes the day before I begin to take which is either Sept. 19 or Sept. 18, have not decided which yet. I then will be giving a week to week update on whats happening. Critique me if you will,all of the information will help in some form or another, but please do not tell when or what to put into my body in which juicing, as a whole, is altogether bad for you. There is no right or wrong time to take it, it shouldnt be taken at all if you want to get technical.

    thanks for posting, i would suggest you are not ready for aas..

    but if you do, the test e only cycle would be good..

    however HCG is used typically 500iu sat/sun during the cycle.. not after..

    really not trying to hijack thread, but why In my thread about doing my cycle I was getting slammed for not being ready, meanwhile I have 30lbs on him, am the same height with lower bf%, higher lifts, and trained twice as long?

    I think your age had a lot to do with it. Honestly, i don't even listen to the "Your not ready comments anymore." You will know when your ready. If you are on a thread asking if you think your ready then your not.

    Oh I wasnt asking if i was ready. Personaly i feel I am. It was other ppl. Yet I see pictures of members up here asking if they are and ppl will agree that they are, yet my natty base may even be more built then theres.

    Said f*** it and started this morning. Did my first injection with very shakey hands in the right glute. Thought it was going to hurt but was a sinch(sp?). Got that taste in the back of my throat slightly and my body felt a bit weird. It was like I felt a euphoria go over me, lol, maybe it was just psychological, being that I wanted to do it. But over all it was a good injection.

    Ive ate two huge meals since then along with breakfast. Will be eating every 2 hours until about 9 o clock which I will take a shake 1 hour before bed. Plan on doing cardio 2-3 times per week and working out 5 days a week. Today is chest and tris day. Will be posting pictures up every Monday. Taking .25mg of Arimidex ED, after the 8-12week cycle I will be following up with clomid and maybe nolvadex. Thanks to all who have informed me and thank God for this site.....

    Didnt post any pics yet because I look pretty much the same although the traps and biceps have gotten larger (working them pretty hard). I gained 5 lbs already but I cant wait to see what happens in the magic 4th week. My nipples are very very very soft and I have done 4 shots already. Going into my 3rd week on monday (9/2)..Getting tired in the gym is not happening anymore and I always feel pumped. Vasodialated big time and sex drive is starting to kick in. Started getting acne all in my ass crack which sucks but its better than being on my face. No bacne yet. Will keep you posted and post up some pics probably the beginning of the fourth week.

    LOL, Never heard of getting acne in the ass crack....but hey, better you than me. Good luck with the cycle....EAT,EAT,EAT it's more important that the gear it self.

    Yea pretty much you click on threads like this and then just move on as no advice you could give the guy he would take anyhow.. Maybe people thought you'd actually listen. This kid is skinny as hell, obviously his diet/training/experience are nowhere near where they need to be, but he'll probably just take offense to ppl trying to help him and run the cycle anyhow.

    Im skinny and my diet is wrong? I have gone through the first two month working out and eating and I can say yes everyone on this board is right. You should just go with the eating and working out, maybe even a little supplements, I told people coming into my job all the time why steroids were the wrong choice. But plz dont bash me because Im using at the time I want to, maybe I could of put on an extra 20 lbs natty or maybe even 25. But like I said in the beginning I wanted to see the change that much faster...period. As for the eating, I eat 5 full course meals everyday, 2 side meals to fill me up inbetween and 3-4 shakes totalling 2400 calories and 200 g of protein alone (600 cal, 50 g protein per shake). That was True Mass AM-PM protein, I am now about to get musclejuice as it is cheaper and I get 1000cal per shake and 55g of protein. I eat enough and Im taking in at least 4000 cals

    Exactly, you're taking in 4000calories in foods/supplements.. try doing it with only clean foods and let me know how that goes for you.
