    Increasing Weight

How long is it before yall increase the weights on workouts?

Some do it as it becomes eaiser to them.

heard others say they increase 5 each week, no matter what.

    It depends on the lift....

There's more potential on adding weight on leg press compared to adding weight on dumbell hammer curls.

Mine is based on my rep range as well. My goal is 8-10, if I cant do 8 then the weight is too high, if I feel I could do 11 then the weight is too low.
