If you have the money buy AST BCAA's PIlls you get like 500 pills=83 servings and get MRM 2LBS=166 servings
take 1 severing of the ast pills 1st things in the mourning which is like almost 5g.
during your workout take 5 servings of MRM and sip on throuh out your workout which = around 50 grams BCAA's before bed AST 1 serving.
Works well bro if your diet training and sleep is in place.
