On both of my arms the flexor carpi ulnaris is swolen. More so on the left than the right and it is tender i was wondering what could be causing this is it bad mechanics? it tends to act up during barbell curls and above the head pressing movements. is this due to my wrist placement on the bar or is this poor mechanics when lifting that is causing these muscles to be inflammed and irritated? Can anyone help me out with this. Thanks in advance
